 About Me

I am Global Luxury Specialist with over eighteen years of experience selling properties throughout the Palm Beach area with a proven track record of success. My focus is on $1M+ properties, residential real estate including waterfront, estate homes, gated communities, country clubs, second or vacation homes and investment properties. I am also a CARTUS Certified Relocation Specialist and Negotiation Specialist. I’m locally known, but globally connected. My connections aren’t just limited to South Florida — wherever you are in the world, I can refer you to a great realtor!

I am always accessible, and I am persistent and diligent in the quest for the perfect home or the perfect buyer. My top priority is to understand the real estate goals of my clients; therefore, I strive to be in constant communication so I can pinpoint what is truly important to them and help met those goals. At the end of the process, I often find that I develop lasting friendships with my clients.

I love living in South Florida! Growing up on an Iowa dairy farm, going to college at Iowa State University, and living in Minnesota and other chilly winter states, I really appreciate South Florida’s warmth! I've enjoyed traveling the world, but love coming home to Florida! For over twenty years, I have been an active member in my community, raised my family here and invested in my own income properties. As a veteran of six corporate relocations, I understand relocation concerns about schools, communities, and commuting. I strive to make this transition seamless for my clients by providing all the local knowledge they need to make an informed decision.

Community

Being an active member of my community is very important to me, and it has allowed me to have a stronger local knowledge and homegrown touch. Because I love South Florida’s natural landscapes, my family and I helped lead a successful effort to preserve the Red Reef Park beach snorkeling area, along with several other initiatives to preserve our green spaces. South Florida has some of the most pristine parks, beaches and wildlife the world has to offer, and I believe it is important to keep it that way.

Other charities I support are Habitat for Humanity, Make a Wish Foundation, AVDA (Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse), Place of Hope, Ride4Orphans, Boca Helping Hands, and Susan G. Komen Foundation — Breast Cancer Research. I volunteer at Spanish River Christian Church and School as well as Saint Andrew’s School.  I also am proud to sponsor and mentor the award-winning Boca Raton 4-H Science & Tech Club — FIRST FRC Robotics Team 3932.
